MWEOC BUILDING 703 ROADS & GROUNDS ENCLOSURES FY23

GOVERNMENT PLANS TO MAKE AN AWARD TO ONE CAPABLE VENDOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROADS AND GROUNDS ENCLOSURE BUILDINGS AT FEMA/MWEOC. THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY.

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: MORE THAN $10,000,000.00

FOR PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGN DOCUMENTS, CONTACT THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST, DAWN BARAN (DAWN.BARAN@FEMA.DHS.GOV) WITH ONE INDIVIDUAL AND THAT INDIVIDUAL'S EMAIL. WITHIN 24-48 HOURS YOUR FIRM WILL RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM THE BUILDING'S DESIGN FIRM ON HOW TO OBTAIN THE SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGN DOCUMENTS. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY AND ONLY SENT TO SUBCONTRACTING FIRMS WITH A NEED TO KNOW.

A SITE VISIT FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE HELD ON 11/16/2022 BEGINNING AT 9:00AM EST. SITE ACCESS FORMS FOR THE SITE VISIT ARE DUE ON 11/09/2022 AT 12:00PM. MAXIMUM OF THREE INDIVIDUALS FROM EACH INTERESTED PARTY WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE.
