The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Cambodia is seeking proposals from U.S. or non-U.S. non-profit or for-profit organizations to achieve the objectives set forth in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID/Cambodia anticipates awarding one cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) completion form contract with a period of performance of 5 (five) years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541690. The authorized geographic code is 937.

This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1).
