Description

This action is a limited source acquisition conducted under the Multiple-Award Schedule Program. The USPTO, on or about, 10 April 2015 plans to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for front-end/ user interface, back-end system development lifecycle (SDLC) services, and front-end operations and maintenance services including design, development, testing, release/deployment, and training services in support of USPTO's Fee Processing Next Generation (FPNG) portfolio.
