Background
The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) is seeking approval for a bridge contract to provide Fee Basis Provider (FBP) services to the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM). This agency is responsible for screening and processing enlisted recruits into the United States Armed Forces at 65 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) and one remote processing station.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that medical prescreening and examinations are conducted in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) accession medical standards and USMEPCOM regulations, which are critical for maintaining mission readiness across all branches of the military.

Work Details
The contract will provide FBP services, which include:
- Medical prescreening and examinations in compliance with DoD accession medical standards DHA PM 6025.13 vol 4 and US MEPCOM Regulations 40-1 Medical Qualification Program and 40-2 Medical Services Provider Quality Management Program.
- The FBPs will consist of qualified personnel such as Physicians, Certified Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
- The estimated total value of the proposed action is $22,663,343.28 for an eight-month period of performance, with four additional one-month options at $2,832,917.91 each, totaling $11,331,671.64 if all options are exercised.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from April 18, 2025, through December 17, 2025, with four one-month options extending through April 17, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the 65 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) and one remote processing station across various locations.
