Market Research MR#: MR-03-Nov-2023-FedRamp-GRC-Solution THIS IS a nOTICE fOR mARKET rESEARCH oNLY nO aWARD wILL bE mADE fROM tHIS nOTICE. This notice is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified contractors who can meet the General Services Administration's (GSA) requirements for an OSCAL native Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) Solution. Any contract/order that might be awarded based on information received or derived from this market research will be subject to the appropriate acquisition process. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred by industry in furnishing this information. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Introduction The General Services Administration (GSA) in support of the Technology Transformation Services (TTS) is seeking an OSCAL native GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) solution for the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization review process. This NOTICE is published to gain knowledge of potential firms capable of providing services for the FedRAMP efforts to identify an OSCAL native GRC solution. Potential firms with the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the various requirements described in the requirements document are invited to provide an notice response per the included survey form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1JrlRzn_CEL5fsc2yFujG3qIz40j_BhT0V3c91rkC_uk/edit As this is for market research purposes only, please only submit responses in the survey provided and respond as clearly and concisely as possible. Only one response per vendor is necessary. The government also seeks suggestions and feedback to improve or clarify the requirements, optimize the acquisition processes, and execute an acquisition that most effectively meets the stated goals. GSA reserves the right to not respond to any or all responses or information submitted. All GSA current requirements identified herein are subject to change at any time. PLEASE NOTE: Information obtained in response to this notice will be used to assist the Government in further defining its requirement and further developing a requirements document; all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the government, please segregate proprietary information.At its sole discretion, TTS may hold Market Research meetings in any format, such as, but not limited to: 1:1 meetings, group meetings, or written follow-up.
