This amendment is to extend the closing date of the soliciation to May 31, 2024 at 3:00 PM EDT. Addtionally Statement of Work section C.5.4. has been renumbered to C.5.3. and langauge updated. This amendment is issued to add answers to all of the questions that were received via solicitation Attachment 2. See
"Amendment_P00003_ATTACH_2_Fedmall Consolidated Questions and Answers", which is uploaded on SAM.gov under the
announcement for this solicitation.

A conformed version of the solicitation ("SF1449_SP47W124R0002(Inc_AMD_P00003)_20240510") hereby replaces all prior
versions of solicitation SP47W124R0002.

An updated listing of items as Attachment 1 has also be uploaded as "Amendment_P00003_ATTACH_1_Fedmall Products
Offering-(Company Name)". Some of the duplicated parts have been removed and some additional items that previously had
demand are now included.

Amendment 2 is being added to the solicitation and is attaching the 'pre-proposal' conference PowerPoint slides held on 4/24/2024.

Additionally, criteria (J) on page 59 is being removed, which referenced "Submission of Other than Cost and Pricing Data', this data is NOT required to be submitted with a proposal. An updated version of the solicitation will be visiable with this amenedment.

The purpose of this opportunity is to post this Request for Proposal (RFP) SP47W1-24-R-0002 for a new FedMall contract. This soliciation is being issued to establish Multiple Award Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity (IDIQ) contracts using FAR Part 12 procedures. This solicitation is for Commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) items as defined by FAR Part 2.101.

Please note that there will be a 'pre-proposal' conference held for interested vendors. An RSVP is required if planning to attend. Please use DOD.FEDMALL@dla.mil for any questions prior to the pre-proposal conference. This RFP contains four (4) attachments.
