Background
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is seeking information to establish Data Governance Standards to support the Agile Development Life Cycle. This initiative aims to enhance and maintain both new and existing systems within the agency.

The purpose of the Data Governance Handbook is to provide necessary data standards and guidelines for maintaining the Bureau's data storage, applicable to all ATF project personnel involved in system management.

Work Details
The contract will involve the development, enhancement, and maintenance of data governance standards as outlined in the Data Governance Handbook. Key tasks include:
- Establishing policies for data integrity, quality, and confidentiality.
- Implementing formal procedures for data life cycle management (DLM).
- Providing guidelines for database administration, including naming conventions and security standards.
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring compliance with established data governance practices.
- Engaging subject matter experts (SMEs) in various aspects of database development life cycle (DDLC) management.

Place of Performance
