A Pre-Proposal Conference for the Project Management Oversight (PMO) IDIQ Contract will be conducted on Thursday, October 26, 2023. FTA will be conducting a morning and afternoon session containing the same information that registrants can select from. Registrants shall only register and attend one of the following sessions:

  • Date: Thursday, October 26, 2023
  • Sessions (attendees shall only attend ONE session):
    • Morning Session 9:30 am 12:00 pm EST
    • Afternoon Session 2:00 pm 4:30 pm EST
  • Location: Department of Transportation, West Building, Oklahoma Room
    • 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC, 20590
  • Delivery Method: In-Person ONLY
