Federal Records Center - Nationwide Labor Services.

SYNOPSIS

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to issue a single award labor hours contract for its Nationwide Federal Records Center (FRC) Labor Services with a the period of performance of March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021 and four (4) option years. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supervision, and resources necessary to perform reference, disposal, in stack scanning, and associated labor. The Federal Records Center Program (FRCP) requires a variety of services at the FRCs throughout the United States including:

Removing boxes from shelving units, placing boxes on shelves or pallets, shrink wrapping, general warehouse labor tasks, and general administrative functions associated with these tasks;

Pulling specialized reference and/or refiling documents following specific protocols and general administrative functions associated with these tasks; and

General office work involving in stack scanning, labeling, and attaching scans according to specific protocols, and general administrative functions associated with these tasks.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210 with a size standard of $38.5 million.

This acquisition is being offered for competition to eligible 8(a) Program participants currently active in the program and eligibility to participate may be restricted to 8(a) participants in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages.

The solicitation is enclosed herein and the offers are due at 12:00 PM ET on December 4, 2019. The projected award date is January 15, 2020. Eligible 8(a) participants are encouraged to submit a proposal in response to the enclosed solicitation. The SBA has accepted the requirement for the 8(a) program.
