Federal Highway Office Renovations - CQM

The Construction Quality Manager (CQM) will provide a maximum of 2,434 hours of total labor for this project. The GSA anticipates that the CQM will provide 40 hours of CQM services each week for the project. The project is estimated to be completed within 61 weeks. The CQM will be responsible, at no additional cost to the Government, for scheduling their work effort and for ensuring that all relevant inspections are properly performed (daytime or nighttime). The CQM will provide services in accordance with the statement of work dated 12/22/20 (attached). Period of performance dates are approximate and will depend on the date of award. Vendors must complete the attached SF-18 and submit with their quotes. Quotes without SF-18s will not be accepted and will be deemed non-responsive. Quotes must be uploaded to GSA eBuy & emailed by the close date/time. Mailed and faxed quotes will not be accepted and will be deemed non-responsive. CQM services must included on your GSA schedule contract at the time the RFQ closes. Open market quotes will not be accepted and will be deemed non-responsive.
