Federal Contract Opportunity for RFI - Partnership Intermediary Agreement

The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from potential Partnership Intermediaries, as defined under 15 U.S.C. 3715, interested in entering into a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) with Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) for the purpose of establishing a nationwide energetics-focused Collaborative Ecosystem. The NSWC IHD requires innovative technological solutions to address current and future security threats in the surface, subsurface, littoral, and expeditionary environments. NSWC IHD's intent is to establish a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) with a single Partnership Intermediary (PI), a legal entity that meets the definition provided 15 U.S.C. 3715. The PI will sign a multi-party PIA with NSWC IHD and other Federal and DoD Laboratories. This PI will work with all Parties to establish Collaborative Efforts and Partnering Agreements that supports the needs of the Federal and DoD laboratories for innovative solutions to Government
