SUMO Scheduler provides a self-service solution to schedule appointments with customer service agents, it supports multiple languages and multiple time-zones, and it provides robust workflow and feature capabilities.

All offerors must complete the Section B - Price Schedule in the solicitation to be considered for this opportunity.

Updated 1/31/2025: Amendment 1 has been issued and attached to this posting. The purpose of this amendment provide questions and answers reguarding the solicitation and to extend the RFQ due date to 1 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2025.
