Background
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking to renew maintenance on its current Enterprise Documentum software licenses. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued support and functionality of the software, which is critical for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance services for the FDIC's Enterprise Documentum software licenses. Specific requirements include:
- Renewal of existing software licenses
- Provision of technical support and updates as necessary
- Compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
The contractor must ensure that all deliverables described in the statement of work are met, including any certificates and maintenance renewals.

Period of Performance
The Initial Period of Performance begins on July 1, 2025, and expires on June 30, 2026. If all option periods are exercised, the final expiration date is June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
All tangible items must be delivered to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Division of Information Technology (DIT), Distribution Center, 3501 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22226. Non-tangible items shall be submitted via email.
