This requirement is to renew maintenance on FDIC's current Enterprise Documentum software licenses.

Questions are due by May 9, 2025 at Noon Est. Questions recieved aftter this date will not be answered.

All Offers/Quotes are due no later than May 30, 2025 at Noon Est. Offers recieved after this date will not be considered for award.

5/13/2025 - Amendment 0001 is issued to answer questions recieved. See document in attachments.

6/3/2025 - Amendment 0002 is issued to answer questions recieved, update Clause 7.3.1-06 - Identification and Delvery of Proposals to request Proof of Authorized Reseller/Partnership with OpenText per the minimum technical requirements, and extend the offer due date to 6/6/2025 at Noon EST.

Background
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking to renew maintenance on its current Enterprise Documentum software licenses. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued support and functionality of the software, which is critical for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance services for the FDIC's Enterprise Documentum software licenses. Specific requirements include:
