Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a quote for RFQ# CORHQ-25-Q-0396 H- Aruba Equipment Buildout for NYRO Requirement. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria.

Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):

  1. Price Schedule or Quote Vendors must complete the attached pricing schedule, or the proposal will be rejected.
  2. Section K of the RFQ Representation and Certifications
  3. EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms Any terms and conditions
  4. Pre-Award SCRM Information
  5. Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (If Applicable)

Questions are due by 12:00PM EST on August 27, 2025 . All quotes are due by 1:00PM EST on September 15, 2025.

This contract aims to support the FDIC's New York Regional Office (NYRO) by providing Aruba equipment buildout services, which are essential for enhancing the wireless network infrastructure used by FDIC employees and visitors.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of Hardware Services Support for the Aruba Buildout at the NYRO. The specific tasks include conducting an active site survey, auditing the existing wireless system, and providing recommendations for optimization. Deliverables include a comprehensive wireless health check assessment report detailing:
- Wireless controller and access point (AP) profile analysis
- Recommendations for remediation and/or optimization
- Active site survey report with:

- Client Health metrics such as RTT, Jitter, and Rate.
