This Request for Proposals is issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's (FDIC) Legal Division.

This RFP solicits proposals from all interested and capable cloud-based data-hosting eDiscovery companies to serve as the FDIC's primary eDiscovery vendor(s) for up to a 5-year ordering period.

Background
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) Legal Division is seeking proposals from cloud-based data-hosting eDiscovery companies to serve as the FDIC’s primary eDiscovery vendor(s) for up to a 5-year ordering period. The FDIC reserves the right to make more or fewer than three awards. The FDIC anticipates making these awards in August 2024.

Work Details
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain best-in-class eDiscovery cloud-based managed hosting and processing of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that may be required by the FDIC, to include during investigations, inspections, examinations, and/or litigation. The scope of awarded BOA(s) includes managed data hosting, database creation, paper document processing, early data assessment tools, analytics, technology-assisted review, managed review, and forensic services; assistance responding to information requests from various sources; and providing assistance to FDIC Legal Division personnel and outside counsel for preserving, collecting, processing, reviewing, analyzing, producing, and hosting ESI as part of unofficial or official discovery in a lawsuit or investigation.
