Background
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a Molecular Modeling Simulation Platform or a comparable solution for its Office of Product Quality and Research (OPQR).

The OPQR conducts research to promote the adoption of emerging technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supports the regulatory review and inspection of FDA-regulated products. The goal of this contract is to extend the license for the current molecular simulation platform or acquire a comparable platform with associated technical support to facilitate ongoing research in advanced molecular dynamic simulations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a Molecular Dynamic Modeling and Simulation Platform that meets specific technical requirements, including: seamless transfer of existing workflows, high-performance capabilities for biological interactions, machine learning models for predicting interactions, validated frameworks for energy calculations, user-friendly interfaces, robust data management systems, and comprehensive analysis tools.

Additionally, the contractor will deliver installation services, on-site training, and ongoing technical support. Key features include:
