Work Details
The objectives of this contract include:
1) Supporting the development, consolidation, management, and enhancement of tools and systems for the FDA BIMO inspections and compliance portfolio;
2) Developing a unified suite of support tools that can be utilized across all FDA centers;
3) Providing technical support for integrating data and workflow processes;
4) Implementing centralized data management solutions to improve data quality;
5) Developing advanced analytics capabilities for decision-making;
6) Ensuring compliance with security requirements while implementing innovative solutions;
7) Providing resources for administrative support and technical documentation;
8) Continuously improving systems to enhance user experience;
9) Exploring advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence to support FDA programs. The contractor will also evaluate existing workflow systems to identify a primary system for consolidation.
