The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office Atlantic, Eisenhower Branch intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Diagnostica Stago, Inc to provide two (2) FDA approved Automated Coagulation Analyzers and associated reagents that utilize mechanical clot detection, immunologic and chromogenic methods that can support PT, aPTT, Fibrinogen, D-Dimer, Thrombin Time, Heparin, Free protein, Plasminogen and factors testing at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Moore, GA.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325413: In Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,250. This proposed procurement is intended to be awarded under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C): In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order not previously issued under sole-source or limited-sources procedures.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may submit a statement of capabilities to respond to this requirement, including information related to ATO, Department of Defense and Defense Health Agency Information Security Requirements certifications.
