The following information is being provided in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 15.503(b), Post Award Notices.

In response to the above-mentioned solicitation, 3 responses were received. The winning price quotes are listed under the winning bidder by line item as listed in the request for quote solicitation. This is only a notice of award and not a contract.

All quotes received by the submission deadline of August 12, 2024 12:00 CST were considered. FCI Three Rivers awarded quoted items to vendors that had a high past performance record, in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(4)(ii), regardless of the quotes with the lowest price as stated within the solicitation notice RFQ. Quotes from vendors without poor past performance represented the best value when compared to any lower priced quote(s).
