Amendment #002 -is established to incorporate the following change: Attachment #1 page 1, Long Term Care Facility Services: The Medicare benchmark utilized for long-term care hospital services covered by Medical Part A shall be the most MSLTC- DRG payment amount (i.e. Adjusted LTCH PPS Standard Prospective Payment) established for CBSA 13850 Corpus Christie, Texas. Under the schedule of items page 3, 1c. Long Term Acute Care Facility should read Discount or + Premium to Medicare Part A.

Amendment #001 to the solicitation to correct Attachment #1 and Attachment #5 see the attachments for the detail corrections.

Solicitation for FCI Three Rivers Correctional Institution, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office located in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Three Rivers, Texas. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed outputs. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient physician and facility services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is a requirements type contract with firm fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12 month option years for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Year and all Option Years are as follows:

Inpatient Days: 110 estimated days,

Outpatient Visits: 225 estimated visits

Long Term Acute Care: 45 estimated days

Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be made available on/or about November 4, 2021 and will be distributed solely through the General Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
