Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Terminal Island, located in Terminal Island, CA, is seeking a solicitation for landscaping services. The services will be provided at Reservation Point, FCI Terminal Island and will include all labor, installation, parts, and materials if needed.

Work Details
The contractor will perform monthly landscape maintenance services, including weekly visits to the property. Services must include grass mowing, edging, weeding, ornamental plant & flower care, and irrigation services.
Fertilization will be provided twice a year at no additional cost.
Quarterly property assessments and recommendations will be provided for review.
