- Ground Beef, 80/20: 8000 pounds, must be IMPS 136, delivered Frozen.
- Roast Beef, Raw: 5000 pounds, must be IMPS 168 or equivalent.
- Bologna: 2500 pounds, must be IMPS 801 or equivalent.
- Chicken Leg Quarters: 13000 pounds, U.S. Grade A.
- Chicken Patty: 4000 pounds, made from whole muscle or chunked and formed white meat.
- Boneless/Skinless Chicken: 9000 pounds.
- Hot Dogs (10-1): 500 pounds.
- Pork Roast: 3000 pounds.
- Turkey Deli Meat: 2500 pounds.
