The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B50723Q00000034, for the requirement of QUARTERLY - MILK. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. Should the Government choose to make award(s), the award(s) will be made to the responsible offeror(s) based on price, past performance, best value, and ability to conform to the specifications in the solicitation. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Card for awards at or below $10,000.00. Awards that are over $10,000.00 will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT.
