Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract for roofing materials at the same FCC Terre Haute facility, with Beacon Sales Acquisition identified as the awardee under contract 15B11926P00000107 (ROOFING MATERIALS FOR C UNIT ROOF) valued at $48,098. The current requirement is also for commercial roofing materials only (installation not required) delivered to FCC Terre Haute, and it similarly calls for roof coating/sealant-related products and associated materials for metal roof system work. The “Bus Center Roof Materials” effort looks like a continuation of the facility’s ongoing roofing material replenishment across different buildings/roof areas.
