FCC - Columbia Maryland Campus Grounds Maintenance - MRAS

On behalf of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research to identify capable contractors for a non-personal commercial services contract. This initiative focuses on maintaining the grounds and ensuring safety at the FCC Columbia Campus located in Howard County, Maryland. The primary goal of this contract is to manage and maintain lawns, landscaping, and provide snow and ice removal services to keep the campus accessible and well-maintained for visitors, employees, and contractors.

The scope of work involves comprehensive grounds maintenance across four distinct geographical areas within the FCC Columbia Campus. Contractors are expected to perform regular activities such as tree trimming, shrubbery upkeep, plant care, and debris removal. Additionally, during winter months or inclement weather conditions, contractors must ensure prompt snow and ice removal services to maintain safe pathways throughout the campus. These tasks are crucial for maintaining an environment that reflects positively on a federal facility managed by the FCC.

The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services required to fulfill these duties as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
