Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity for FCC Coleman FY-2026 Hurricane Supplies appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on multiple prior hurricane-supplies awards to Rainmaker and JNS Foods, with additional related performance by Rosaty Packaging. Prior awards include Rainmaker (15B30225P00000253) at $62,413 for FY25 hurricane supplies (05/07/25–09/30/25) and JNS Foods (15B30224P00000409) at $55,871 for FY24 hurricane supplies (06/17/24–09/30/24), along with other FY24/FY25 hurricane-supplies contracts to JNS Foods and Rosaty Packaging. The repeated “HURRICANE SUPPLIES” scope and similar seasonal delivery period suggest the FY-2026 requirement is a continuation of the same facility’s recurring hurricane-season replenishment needs.
