In addition to basic maintenance services, the vendor must provide three spare parts for quick recovery in case of hardware failure. Meanwhile, F5 VDI hardware supports Global Traffic Management (GTM), Virtual Private Network (VPN), and Access Policy Management (APM) functions crucial for VDI solutions.
