Background
The 402d Maintenance Group (MXSG) at Robins Air Force Base is seeking to enhance its engineering capabilities through the acquisition of a FARO Focus Core 100M Scanner. This contract aims to provide the necessary tools and training to improve the speed, quality, and accuracy of engineering designs, thereby enabling the group to support additional workloads and create as-built facility layouts for various buildings.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver and set up a FARO Focus Core 100M Scanner, which includes all necessary materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor. The scanner must come with accompanying software and accessories. The specific requirements include:
- Product Service Code: 6625
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price
- Delivery Schedule: 1 Each to be delivered within specified lead times to DoDAAC: FH2077 at Robins AFB, GA.
- Inspection and Acceptance will occur at the destination upon delivery.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that they are authorized distributors or OEMs for the FARO Focus Core 100M Scanner. Compliance with domestic sourcing requirements is necessary. Additionally, bidders must adhere to any specified safety plans and accident incident reporting requirements outlined in the contract.

The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Maintenance Group (MXSG), Robins Air Force Base, all materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor necessary to delivery and setup Faro Focus 100M Scanner. FARO Focus Core 100M USA with accompanying software, accessories, and training will be provided to 402nd MXSG, Robins AFB. This scanner will increase speed, quality, and accuracy of engineering designs. Also, it will allow MXSG to support additional workload that we currently do not support. Lastly, it will allow for as built facility layouts to be made for each building that we work in which will be a great benefit for the engineering team.
