Description

Background
The solicitation is for a TANKER TIME CHARTER by the MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. When awarded, the charter will consist of the completed Standard Form (SF) 1449, the Preamble, and Parts I through IX. This acquisition is conducted under full and open competition.
The contract will have a base period of 1 year with three 1 year options and one final option that will be for 11 months.
