Family and child Education (FACE) Educational Supp

Background
The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is issuing this solicitation for Educational Support Services under the Family and Child Education (FACE) program. The goal is to provide comprehensive support for BIE's FACE and Early Childhood Programs data systems, ensuring continuity, security, and scalability of services.

The contractor will manage, enhance, and potentially transition existing data systems to improve efficiency and meet federal reporting requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver a secure, modernized, and scalable cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform hosted within a FedRAMP-authorized environment. This includes:

1. Designing, developing, and maintaining the SaaS solution that complies with federal IT security and privacy standards including FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, and Section 508.

2. Providing ongoing educational data analyses including mid-year and end-of-year reporting to support program accountability and decision-making.

3. Ensuring the system produces accurate, reliable, and auditable data to meet federal oversight requirements.

4. Supporting the integration of existing systems like Power BI, SharePoint, and FormAssembly to enhance data management.

Period of Performance
Base Year: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; Option Year 1: January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027; Option Year 2: January 1, 2028 through December 31, 2028; Option Year 3: January 1, 2029 through December 31, 2029; Option Year 4: January 1, 2030 through December 31, 2030.
