Description

Sole Source Task Order for FALCON commercial software licenses, O&M support, and cloud storage.

Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Operational Systems Development and Management (OSDM), proposes to issue a sole source interim task order to Palantir Technologies Inc. for FALCON licenses, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support, and cloud storage.

Palantir's Gotham software was modified for ICE's specific requirements and internally renamed as FALCON.

Work Details
The task order includes continued FALCON O&M support services and licenses beyond May 27, 2022. It involves renewing the subscription-based licensing software suite and unlimited O&M support, including support for the transition to the new Repository for Analytics in Virtualized Environment (RAVEN) Data Analytics platform that will replace FALCON.

The FALCON system provides an integrated platform for federated search, analytics, geospatial referencing, reporting, and situational awareness capabilities across diverse law enforcement data.
