FACSFAC Field Maintenance Support   2

Background
The solicitation is for FACSFAC Field Maintenance Support, which involves the design, development, integration, test and evaluation, installation, maintenance, configuration management, and logistic support of the ATC&LS Division and equipment. The contract will result in a Single Award (SA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA) of 1965.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for the systems under the ATC&LS Division cognizance located at various ATC&LS sites. The services shall include refurbishment, maintenance, integration, sustainment, repair, installation, configuration management, training, and logistic support for ATC&LS and other designated systems, subsystems, and components associated with air traffic control and airspace management systems. The work location will be approximately 94% at Government sites and 6% at the Contractor’s site(s). The contractor shall maintain the capability to prepare documents and software packages compatible with Information Technology (IT) environment through the security classification of Secret. The work schedule will be during normal working hours from Monday through Friday.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance (PoP) for CLINs 1000-5000 is from 26-JUN-2021 to 25-JUN-2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various Government sites including Jacksonville, FL; Virginia Beach, VA; St. Inigoes, MD; San Diego, CA; Jacksonville, NC; Pearl Harbor, HI; Twentynine Palms, CA; Camp Pendleton, CA; Quantico, VA; Cherry Point, NC; Okinawa, Japan; Townsend, GA; Yuma, AZ; Bridgeport, CA; Quantico, VA; and Fort Bragg, NC.
