There will be a third site visit held at the Alexandria Bay Land Port of Entry (46735 Interstate 81, Alexandria Bay, NY). The site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, February 9TH, 2017 at 10:00 AM.

The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service, Design and Construction Division is pleased to announce Request for Proposal (RFP) for the General Construction Services for the Facility-wide Modernization and Expansion of the U.S. Land Port of Entry at Alexandria Bay, NY.

THIS SOLICITATION IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPEITION. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220.

A Small Business Networking and Industry Day is scheduled to be held at 10:00am on November 29, 2016 at the Thousand Island Bridge Authority Board Room, 43530 Interstate 81, Alexandria Bay, NY. Check-in begins at 9:30am. Please contact the Region 2 Office of Small Business Utilization via email at r2.sbuc@gsa.gov and Sebastian Asaro at sebastian.asaro@gsa.gov to register.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit is scheduled to be held at 12:30pm on November 29, 2016 at 46735 Interstate 81, Alexandria Bay, NY. Please contact Sebastian Asaro at sebastian.asaro@gsa.gov to register.

Requests for Information (RFI) concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents must be submitted by 2:00PM/EST on Monday, December 5, 2016. RFIs should be submitted in by e-mail to lisa.zalar@gsa.gov with a cc to sebastian.asaro@gsa.gov. Please note the solicitation number in the subject field of your email.
