Facility Support Services on the island of Niihau   2

Background
The solicitation is issued for Facility Support Services at the Pacific Missile Range Facility located on the island of Niihau, Hawaii. The services are essential to support the operations of the facility, which is managed by Niihau Ranch, LLC, that holds private title to the island and restricts access for non-residents. The goal of this contract is to ensure that various facility support services are provided efficiently and effectively to maintain operational readiness.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including but not limited to:

1. Pest Control Services - ensuring pest management across the facility.
2. Grounds Maintenance - maintaining the landscaping and outdoor areas.
3. Facility Maintenance - performing repairs and upkeep on buildings and infrastructure.
4. Generator Maintenance - ensuring generators are operational and serviced regularly.
5. Helicopter Support Services - providing flight time, wait time, cancellation fees, and landing fees as needed for operations.
6. Ground Transportation - managing transportation logistics with small/medium trucks, large trucks, and extra-large trucks for various durations as specified in the PWS.
7. Labor Support Services - providing laborers and supervisors for various tasks as required by the facility's needs.
8. Diesel Fuel Support - supplying fuel for operations as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months with options available for extension based on performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on Niihau Island, Hawaii.
