Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Revise the Performance Work Statement (see Section C, Descriptions and Specifications, paragraphs 1.6.10.1. through 1.6.11.3. (changes are highlighted)), (2) Update the Government Responses to Contractor Questions 6,7, 8, and 98 (see Section C, Descriptions and Specif ications), and (3) Extend the submission date and time from 3 May 2022 at 8:00 am to 17 May 2022 at 11:00 am.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of the amendment is to extend the submission date from 25 April 2022 at 12:00 am to 3 May 2022 at 8:00 am.

NOTE 1: THIS SOLICITATION (W912PX-22-R-0003) REPLACES W912PX-22-R-0001. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PROPOSALS UNDER W912PX-22-R-0001.

NOTE 2: THE GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSES TO CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS SUBMITTED UNDER W912PX-22-R-0001 WILL BE ADDED BY AMENDMENT 0001.

Amendment 0001: This soliciation has been amended to (1) provide the Government's responses to contractor questions and correct the notice to state that this an 8(a) competitive requirement.

The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS) in support of J4 Logistics has a requirement to provide facilities maintenance and support services to various buildings, activities, and equipment located on JIATFS, Truman Annex Key West, Florida. The purpose is to support the JIATFS mission by providing a comfortable working environment and safe, well-maintained building for occupants, users, and visitors to JIATFS.
