Facility Investment Services (FIS) for 63rd Readiness Division in Region 2   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this SOLICITATION for Facility Investment Services (FIS) for 63rd Readiness Division in Region 2 at multiple locations. The types of services being provided may include, but are not limited to: Service Calls, including emergency, urgent, and routine; Preventive Maintenance (PM) for a wide variety of equipment and systems; Inspection, Testing, and Certification for various types of equipment; Other Recurring Services for the inspection and repair of equipment and systems; IDIQ repair, restoration, and modernization requirements which are beyond the scope of service calls, as well as related tasks such as preparation for and restoration from accidents and natural disasters; Environmental Services for multiple locations in the region.

Work Details
This is a competitive acquisition for the award of a firm-fixed-price(FFP) Services contract. The contract period is a three-year base with two additional option years. The solicitation includes Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Line-Item Numbers (ELINs). The work involves critical work in the areas of Facility Investment Services for Region 3. The combination of all technical (non-price) evaluation factors are significantly more important than the price.
As technical ratings and relative advantages and disadvantages become less distinct, differences in price between Quotes are of increased importance in determining the most advantageous Quote.
Conversely, as differences in price become less distinct, differences in rating and relative advantages and disadvantages between Quotes are of increased importance to the determination.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is three-year base with two additional option years.

The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed include multiple locations in Region 2.
