Facility Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency Technical support

Background
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of the Pentagon Reservation for the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Leadership.

The Facility Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency Technical Support services aim to provide safe, secure, healthy, resilient, energy-efficient, and operationally effective working environments for the DoD workforce in the National Capital Region (NCR). This contract supports WHS's mission by addressing various environmental compliance and resiliency needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Environmental Support Services that encompass a range of tasks including:
1. Environmental compliance management;
2. Planning and resiliency strategies;
3. Incident response and recovery operations;
4. Technical support for natural resources management;
5. Outreach and event planning related to environmental initiatives.

The contractor is expected to adhere to specific acceptance criteria as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple phases starting from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2028, with specific periods allocated for each line item.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the WHS Facilities Services Directorate located at 1155 Defense Pentagon, Room 5D325, Washington, DC 20301-1155.
