Incorporate clause 252.222-7999 Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) (Nov 2020) to the solicitation.

A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted on 10 December 2020 with questions due in writing no later than 2:00 PM ET 17 December 2020. Please contact Brandon Rawlings at brandon.rawlings@us.af.mil for more details. RSVP required by 4:00 PM ET on 7 December 2020.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete Facility Enhancement and Maintenance (FEM) IDIQ at Joint Base Charleston - All Locations.

NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS.

This Solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using Trade-Off Procedures and the provisions of Sections L and M.

Project Magnitude: More than $10,000,000.00.

Minimum Guarantee: $1,000.00 to be satisfied through attendance of the post-award conference.
