Background
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Office of Procurement (PRO) is proposing to award a task order extension on behalf of the James J. Rowley Training Center (RTC). This extension is critical for maintaining operational continuity and minimizing safety and mission risks during a period of increased training demand.

Work Details
The proposed action involves a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) noncompetitive task order extension to ScaVet Technologies, LLC for engineering and technical support. The scope of services will remain unchanged from the initially awarded contract. This bridge contract aims to stabilize current operations while positioning the RTC for future growth. It ensures continuity and avoids operational gaps that could delay critical repairs or construction.

The contract will provide centralized oversight of short-, mid-, and long-term maintenance and construction projects, enabling proactive planning to reduce lifecycle costs and mitigate safety risks associated with infrastructure failures.
