The purpose of this contract is to manage the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) Facilitate Other Maintenance (FOM) program. The contractor shall manage and maintain the 309 AMXG?s FOM program for aircraft (C-130, F-16, F- 22, A-10, T-38 and F-35) parts and material located at Hill AFB, UT, and its geographically separated unit (GSU) located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) / Randolph AFB, TX (575 AMXS T-38 workload). The contractor shall receive, issue, inventory, verify FOM parts and material in preparation for storage, and provide a positive control of parts and material. FOM is considered either aircraft parts or material and will be referred to as FOM assets. ***answer of final questions****

Background
The contract is issued by the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) with the goal of managing and maintaining the Facilitate Other Maintenance (FOM) program for various aircraft parts and materials. Services will require secret security clearances in some areas. The work will be conducted across multiple shifts including day shifts and swing shifts for various aircraft types at both Hill AFB and Randolph AFB.

Period of Performance
The contract has a projected period of performance spanning from July 18, 2026 to July 17, 2031, encompassing a total of 60 months with a base year order followed by four option years.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base in Utah and Randolph Air Force Base in Texas.
