Facilities, Operations, Repair, & Maintenance (FORM 2)   2

NASA/Glenn Research Center (GRC) has a requirement for the extension of the Facilities, Operations, Repair, & Maintenance (FORM 2) contract. NASA/GRC intends to purchase the services from Wolf Creek, Inc. . Only Wolf Creek has the capability to provide critical support services with no loss of service in the areas of Facility Maintenance and Repair at GRC. Specifically, the operation, maintenance and repairs of Institutional Systems and Central Process Systems (CPS). This includes operations, maintenance and repair of CPS equipment, high voltage electrical substations, institutional buildings, systems, structures, grounds, and paved surfaces at the NASA GRC, Lewis Field Campus and selected services at Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility. during the period until a follow on Contract is awarded, which is not anticipated to exceed twenty-four months from the current contract expiration of September 30, 2021. This will include a base extension of twelve months, and four separate three-month optional extensions.

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 28, 2021. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
