Amendment 0003 is issued to answer inquiries, update Section J attachment and extend the submission deadline.

Amendment 0002 is issued to answer inquiries, update attachments in Section J and extend the submission deadline.

Amendment 0001 is issued to include a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), attachments to Section J Annexes, the site visit sign-in sheet and update the location of work in the sam.gov posting to include Philadelphia, PA.

Provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment, and other items necessary to perform HVAC services as the desginated sites in Pennsylvania.

The anticipated contract will be for a base period with four (4) one-year option periods, which cumulatively, will not exceed 60 months.

All prospective contractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Failure to have an active registration in the SAM database at time of proposal submission will make an offeror ineligible for award. SAM registration shall be maintained at time of award, during contract performance and through final invoice payment of the awarded contract.

Background

Work Details
The work includes providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform HVAC services in Philadelphia, PA. The contract contains provisions for recurring and non-recurring services. The contractor shall submit a lump sum price for certain contract line items (CLINs) and unit prices for exhibit line items (ELINs). The contract also incorporates the Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination for the base year performance period only. Additionally, the contractor shall establish and maintain a Quality Control Program to ensure that the work performed under the contract conforms to the contract requirements.
