Please see attached amendment including questions and answers. NOTE- The due date for submissions has been revised to May 21, 2021 at 4 CDT.

This acquisition is for Facilities Engineering Design and Inspection Services (FEDIS) II which provides Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services for NASA/MSFC by providing Design Services, Master Planning, Surveillance and Inspection Services. This acquisition utilizes Architect and Engineering (A/E) processes per FAR Part 36.6.

Synopsis 80MSFC21R0007 is prepared in accordance with NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NFS) 1805.207-70, Synopses of Architect-Engineer Services, and FAR 5.207, Preparation and Transmittal of Synopsis. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal. This is a request for a Standard Form (SF) 330, Architect-Engineering Qualifications. All information needed for interested parties to submit a standard form SF 330 is contained within the attached synopsis. There is no separate Request For Proposal (RFP) package to download.
