Background
The Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization (FARM) III initiative aims to gather industry feedback on the Government's acquisition strategy and to discuss the Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification.
This program is overseen by a government agency focused on enhancing facilities through restoration and modernization efforts.

Work Details
Offerors are required to submit a maximum of 20 work samples that demonstrate their past experience in construction services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
The work samples must comply with specific qualifications and can validate multiple construction service categories, including Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, and Facility Renovations.
Each work sample must include the finalized signature page of the contract or task order used.
The work samples should consist of official contract documentation such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), SOWs, and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
They must also provide sufficient information to substantiate claims made in the proposal.
Work samples must be for projects completed within the last five years or those that are at least 75% complete as of the solicitation release date.
Offerors must provide approved progress reports or final billing statements to demonstrate compliance.
Each work sample should have an identifier (e.g., WS1-WS20) and include at least two Government Points of Contact for verification purposes.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for performance include Department of Defense (DoD) installations, which encompass military reservations, bases, camps, stations, and other facilities under DoD jurisdiction.
