Background
The Bureau of Reclamation is issuing a sole source acquisition for Facilities Access Service for T1 Data Circuit 999-822-0062. This service is essential for providing a dedicated means of communication between Friant Dam and the Bureau of Reclamation's South-Central California Area Office (BOR SCCAO).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Facilities Access Service for T1 Data Circuit, which includes:
1. Technical direction must be within the scope of work stated in the contract.
2. The Contractor must receive written technical direction from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and must proceed promptly with performance as instructed.
3. The COR has authority over technical administration, including inspecting and accepting or rejecting work performed under the contract, and reviewing submittals of technical data.
4. The Contractor must notify the COR in writing if any instruction falls outside the defined scope of work within five working days after receipt.
5. The Contractor shall ensure compliance with IT security requirements, including annual training on Federal Information Systems Security Awareness (FISSA) and immediate reporting of cyber-related incidents.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed between Friant Dam and the Bureau of Reclamation's South-Central California Area Office in California.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that their employees complete annual DOI FISSA training, provide access to facilities for IT inspections by Reclamation, and immediately report any cyber-related incidents to the COR.
