This amendment is being issued to extend the closing date due to a revised CAD drawings, and additional 2D pdf drawings. The 2D drawings are added to the solicitation; however, the format of the CAD drawings are not supported within SAM, therefore any sources interested in obtaining revised CAD drawings must request the drawings via email directly from randall.chatfield@noaa.gov.

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-22-Q-01488 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) has a requirement to have multiple items fabricated, as provided in the attached Statement of Work and drawings. All quoted pricing shall include delivery to Lakeland, FL (actual address to be provided at time of award). Delivery is expected within 90 days of award.

The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.

Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor's quote.

All Technical Requirements are described within the attached Statement of Work and/or Drawing Package.

This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 332710, Machine Shops, with a Size Standard of 500 employees.
