Fabrication of Multiple Materials List

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the fabrication of multiple material list items. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Britt Tool, Inc., located at 949 E National Ave, Brazil, IN 47834-2705. This sole source award is due to Russell Tube Forming, Inc. being the only qualified vendor to build the Swage Bands.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration, but the Government retains discretion on whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
