12 DEC 2025: This effort will cover the design, development, and evaluation of advanced Electronic Warfare technologies, new high-fidelity models of existing and proposed threat sensor systems, weapons, C2 algorithms and components, communication links, and cutting-edge technology development to mature and transition Electronic Warfare systems and capabilities in multiple domains.

SENTRA will deliver the validation of leading-edge experimental technologies to ensure dominance in simulated multi-domain Anti-Access/Area Denial (A2/AD) contested electromagnetic environments. The Call will cover the ability for spectrum warfare experimentation and test concepts to be designed, developed, and evaluated in a robust and growing modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) environment that integrates advanced sensors, weapon systems, command, control and communication systems, and techniques, tactics, and procedures in support of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Sensors Directorate (RY) and the Department of Defense (DoD).

Background
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), specifically the Sensors Directorate (RY), is issuing this contract under the Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) titled 'Trusted and Elastic Military Platforms and Electronic Warfare (EW) System Technologies (TEMPEST).'

The goal of this contract is to design, develop, and evaluate advanced Electronic Warfare technologies and high-fidelity models of existing and proposed threat sensor systems. This effort aims to ensure dominance in simulated multi-domain Anti-Access/Area Denial (A2/AD) contested electromagnetic environments, supporting the Department of Defense's objectives.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Design, development, and evaluation of advanced Electronic Warfare technologies.
2. Creation of high-fidelity models for existing and proposed threat sensor systems, weapons, command and control algorithms, communication links, and other components.
3. Conducting spectrum warfare experimentation and testing concepts within a robust modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) environment that integrates advanced sensors, weapon systems, command control communication systems, techniques, tactics, and procedures.
4. Ensuring compliance with supplemental requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), including implementation of information disclosure protocols and maintaining key personnel qualifications.

The primary location for performance will be at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio.
