The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:

1. SECTION A - CONTRACT FORM revised as follows:
a. The SCD Designator B has been removed as it is not necessary for this solicitation.
2. SECTION B SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS revised as follows:
a. The Quality Assurance Level has been changed from Standard Quality to Higher Quality on CLINs 0001, 0001AA, 0001AB, and 0001AC.
2. SECTION I CONTRACT CLAUSES revised as follows:
a. The following clauses have been incorporated into the contract:

c. The following clauses were deemed as not necessary and have been removed from the solicitation:
