Background
The Minuteman Village Utility Evaluation project aims to identify deficiencies in domestic water distribution mains, sanitary sewer collection mains and manholes, sanitary service lines, and storm water collection mains, manholes and inlets in the Minuteman Village area of Malmstrom Air Force Base. The project is issued by the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana.

Work Details
The contractor is required to complete tasks such as conducting CCTV inspections of sanitary sewer and storm drain mains, cleaning and inspecting manholes and inlets, conducting CCTV inspections of sanitary sewer service lines, and performing an acoustic technologies-based water main leak detection survey on PVC water mains. The contractor must provide inspection reports and DVDs of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) recordings of the results. Additionally, the contractor must coordinate with residents for work on sanitary sewer service lines and ensure emergency egress is accessible at all times to each housing unit. The work schedule for the contractor is between 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Federal Holidays, and official base closures ordered by the base commander.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is 30 calendar days from the award of the contract.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana.
